A large portion of the work is completed by us directly rather than subcontracted out. Staying closely involved in the design and construction allows details to be worked through as the project progresses and helps ensure the finished work reflects the original intent.

Our projects often begin with design. Developing plans and layouts for homes, additions, cabinetry, and other custom work is a regular part of our work. Because the same people involved in the design are also involved in the construction, decisions can be made with a clear understanding of how the finished spaces will be built and function.
